Paytinno is preparing a European payments platform — personal and business accounts, e-money, card acceptance, and card issuing, on one ledger. Nothing is live yet, and nothing will launch before authorisation. This page is here so you know we exist.
What we plan to build
Personal & business accounts
We plan dedicated euro IBANs for people and for companies — instant transfers inside the network, SEPA in and out, and multi-user access with roles on business accounts.
Acquiring
We plan card acceptance in store and online — terminals, Tap to Pay on phone, hosted checkout, payment links and QR.
Issuing
We plan physical and virtual cards on personal and business accounts, drawn on the account balance, with limits, categories and per-card controls.
One API
The plan: accounts, payments, cards and reconciliation behind a single REST API and webhooks — for merchants and for partners who resell.
None of the above exists today, and none of it will be offered before authorisation is granted.

Company formation
P-Innovation AD was entered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register on 13 August 2026, UIC 208915475.
02 · In preparation
Authorisation
As at 13 August 2026 no application has been filed. We are preparing it with our advisers and will file it with the Bulgarian National Bank.

Platform build
Core ledger, onboarding and KYB, card rails. Not started.
